Lunar Flow.
A restorative flow that targets the body’s connective tissue through Yin Yoga, gently stretching the fascia, encouraging hydration, elasticity, and improving mobility. Complemented by Sound Therapy or Yoga Nidra, this practice helps to regulate the nervous system and deepen the release of tension stored in the fascia.

Yoga Rave.
This vibrant take on conscious dance was created by Ash specifically for the yoga community in pursuit of her mission to normalize dancing. This complete practice begins with a solar yoga flow, followed by a live dj led dance, and a closing sound bath.

Yoga Nidra.
A meditative practice called ‘yogic sleep’ or ‘genius sleep’ that not only reduces stress and promotes healing, but can repair neural pathways. The intentional sequencing teaches us healthy disassociation, breaks down conditional programming, and allows us to feel safe, in control, and free from the imprints of our deepest memories.
